My sister in law Janet came up with the catering idea in the Spring of 2013.  She just had to mention it and I was ready to go for it!  Dave and Janet have three children, Peter, who works for PGE and lives in Portland, Paige, who is married to Carter and is a preschool teacher, and Preston, who is heading to PSU this Fall.  Ken and I (Jill) have four children and our first Kyle, is heading to OSU this Fall.  Lauren and Katie go to Silverton High School and Maddie is in the 5th grade at Mt Angel Elementary School.  We have our family and friends help us on these special occasions.  We feel that we can take on any event because for 5 years now we have prepared large meals for St. Mary's Parish and we receive many compliments.  So we thought why not??
